This policy explains what information Tambola For All uses to run games and host accounts, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Host email address and display name when a host requests a secure sign-in link.
Game details such as room name, rules, ticket settings, players, called numbers, claims and results.
Player name and device-based game credentials needed to reconnect to a room. Players do not need an account.
Basic technical and security information, such as request time and network information, when required to operate and protect the service.
Messages you choose to send to our support address.

How we use information

To create accounts, authenticate hosts and provide game rooms.
To generate tickets, synchronize gameplay, verify claims and preserve host game history.
To prevent abuse, investigate faults and improve reliability.
To respond when you contact us.

Where information is stored

Tambola For All uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the application and store application data. Email delivery providers process host email addresses only as needed to deliver sign-in messages.

Internet services can never guarantee absolute security. We use reasonable technical safeguards and limit access to information needed to operate the service.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run Tambola For All, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

A host and the players in the same room can see gameplay information such as player names, ticket counts, claims and results. Do not use a player name you do not want other participants to see.

Retention and your choices

Host game history is retained so hosts can revisit previous games. Operational and security information may be retained for a reasonable period. You can ask to access, correct or delete your account information by emailing support@tambolaforall.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

Tambola For All is designed to be easy for families to use, but children should use it with a parent, guardian or responsible organiser. Please do not submit unnecessary personal information about children.
