The service

Tambola For All provides tools for creating private game rooms, generating digital or printable tickets, calling numbers, checking claims and keeping game history. Features may change as the service improves.

Host responsibilities

• Use an email address you are entitled to access and keep sign-in links secure.
• Invite participants responsibly and explain the rules, prizes and any contributions before a game begins.
• Comply with the laws, permits, age rules, tax obligations and venue requirements that apply where participants are located.
• Resolve participant disputes fairly. Automated validation helps the host but does not replace the host's final responsibility.

Money and prizes

Tambola For All does not collect ticket payments, hold stakes, process wagers, select prize funding or distribute winnings. Any amount shown in a room is an organiser-entered record only. The organiser and participants remain responsible for their own arrangements and for confirming that those arrangements are lawful.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to manipulate tickets, claims, accounts or game results.
• Do not disrupt the service, automate abusive requests, probe security or access another person's account or room without permission.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful activity.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every error will be prevented. To the extent permitted by law, Tambola For All is not responsible for organiser-run payments, prizes, participant disputes or losses caused by relying on the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension, changes and contact

We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or prevent abuse. We may update these terms and will publish the current version here.
